مشروع تخرج بعنوان :اثر قانون ضريبة المبيعات في تشجيع الاستثمار
وصف مختصر للمشروع: يهدف هذا المشروع إلى دراسة تأثير قانون ضريبة المبيعات السعودي على تشجيع الاستثمار في المملكة العربية السعودية، خصوصًا في ظل التعديلات الأخيرة التي طرأت عليه. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لجمع وتحليل البيانات من خلال استبانة إلكترونية استهدفت عينة مكونة من 59 فردًا في منطقتي الأحساء والدمام. أظهرت النتائج أن التعديلات الأخيرة كان لها أثر سلبي نسبي على جذب الاستثمار، إلا أن القانون ما زال يُعد مناسبًا نسبيًا بفضل انخفاض نسب الضريبة مقارنة بدول أخرى، واحتوائه على إعفاءات وتحفيزات ضريبية. كما بينت الدراسة أن القانون يساهم بشكل إيجابي في تنويع مصادر دخل الدولة وتحسين الاقتصاد العام.
